So this example shows that even the human belly has been called “God.” It is truly amazing how this word can be applied to many things. But the most important part of this truth is that it is a title that can be used in different ways, and one of those ways is for humans to whom God’s appointed for a special purpose.Read More
We should stop there and ponder for a minute the ramifications of Jesus calling God the Father the only true God. Now according to Trinitarians Jesus and God are one. But in this verse Jesus is calling God the only true God. That word “only” does not include Jesus. We know this because Jesus placed “and” in between God and himself.Read More
How did the apostles glorify God? They glorified God with their deaths, they were obedient to the example and the teachings of Christ they followed God’s Messiah and because they accepted and obeyed God’s Messiah they also accepted andobeyed God himself since Jesus was God’s representative, and glorify God by their testimony and death in obedience to the son of God Jesus Christ.Read More
One of the answers that I get from people defending the Trinitarian doctrine is that Jesus was tempted on his human side and not on his God side. And that sounds like a great explanation but the problem with that explanation is that there is no verse confirming that idea. There are many other things about arianism but these are the important points for this verse to be understood.Read More
We must believe to be saved but we have to act accordingly. What is a belief? Belief is action, so if you say to your wife I love you, but then go on to commit an adultery that is not a proper love, is it? The same analogy is with the Christian faith, if you think you are saved but behave contrary to the teachings of the Bible then that is not a real belief. One that truly believes in God, will truly follow and act in accordance to God’s and Jesus’s Commandments and Words.Read More
